By accessing and using the Soccerteer mobile application and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Soccerteer provides a mobile application platform for soccer-related services, including but not limited to:

• User account management
• Location-based services
• Communication features
• Content sharing capabilities

3. User Accounts

To use our services, you must:

• Register for an account with accurate information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

All unique content, features, and functionality of the Soccerteer application, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of HeyQTGlobal Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Some content (graphics/images/icons), are the exclusive property of a third party for which HeyQTGlobal Ltd has obtained a License. These items are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights for those items remain with the original copyright owners.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeyQTGlobal Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

HeyQTGlobal Ltd shall not be liable for any accidental deletion of any data you add to the app.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via the application or email. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
